Hi! My name’s Jessica and I love my job. I pretty quickly learned about myself that I was interested in the sciences. Psychology, Biology, Sociology… essentially anything ending with “ology.” I have now studied Psychology for over a decade, and I find therapy to be life changing. Through both personal and clinical experience I have witnessed first hand the positive changes that come from the work of self assessment and reflection.

I have lived in California almost my entire life, though I do enjoy the experience of new places. I love connecting with people and hearing their stories. I believe we’re all having our own human experience on this planet and comparison truly is the thief of joy. I strive to live by the golden rule and to leave things better than I find them. Oh and yes, I always want to see the picture of your pet!
